    I have a 2016 GC Summit with installed outdated gps maps, no updates available????
    FCA customer service don't reply to any emails (Shit Service)
    Dealer also not happy with GPS issues

    Our Company brought a 6 speed manual jeep Wrangler in November 2016, by the time the vehicle reach 8700KMS the gear stick come out of gear box while a staff member was driving it.. lucky there where on traveling at 50KM hours or would have died.

    I have an issue with GPS on my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014. was told there was an update coming in March, then April and then in June. Spoke to Paul from Customer care today and there is now no time frame. This is disappointing.

    Jeep GC 47kms ish breaks down half hour after seeing local Jeep dealer stating nothing serious, bring it in next Tuesday. Stranded almost 2 hours before being towed back to same garage. 3 weeks to fix, now facing a $6800 bill. Livid.

    Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, got a letter from Jeep Australia re transmission software update. (recall) Called a couple of Jeep dealers the first one said not taking bookings as booked out for next few months; the other no one pick up phone.

    for nearly a week with no results. Would like to commend the whole service department for prompt and very efficient work, and for trying their best

    Have had 2 Jeep Wranglers and 0 problems on both. Bought a Jeep Renegade last year(2015) and within 15 months the engine block has a crack. Renegade is off the road, I have been told it is 65K to fix the block but I bought it for 47k. No Sense at all

    All the hype about improving Jeep Australia customer service is empty air, I have politely enquired 3 times over the last 2 months via emails to FCA customer service regard warranty questions & received absolutely zero response - as a owner -shocking

    DO NOT Buy the Maximum Care Plus Warranty!!!
    I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was only 1 year old and the gentleman i purchased it from had paid for a 5 year extended warranty and they said it is NOT transferable with the car

    I have had 4 jeeps and loved them till the servcie I get with the very last one. Now apprently I have to take it to the local Holden dealer!!! Knowing how they treat my Holden there is no way I will take my Jeep to them!!!!!!!!
