    I just had the most incredulous phone call with Rhiannon, (Director of Customer Relationship Center) I asked if Ford Australia had a data base that recorded reoccurring faults with vehicle or part. Her reply was she unaware of any such data base.

    Horrendous, didn't even bother to answer my email in regards to the dealership not getting back to me about an issue that I had raised. I even rang the customer service number chasing up a reply to my email and still have not received one.
