    My daughter purchased an item from the Robina Town Centre store on the 31/10/15 and commented that the salesperson whose name was Cathy did not even speak to her or make eye contact very poor conduct!

    not happy tried to return a facinator and necklace with my reciept to your Wollongong store and was told they would only exchange as they are moving. I don't understand why I could not get a refund or credit note!!

    I witnessed an exceptional act of kindness by Morgan at the Richmond store today. She was serving a disabled customer who purchased some earrings. Morgan offered to put a pair of earrings in for the lady as she wasn't able to do it herself.

    I bought the backpack for my daughter and she didn't even get yo use it as when we got home the zipper was broken and the staff at Richmond store would not exchange because I Lost my receipt. This item was faulty and should of been replaced.
